Temporary Dress Code Adjustments
Hello SSD Families,
With the recent sale of DiscountDance.com to another company, many of our usual uniform items are currently unavailable. Until we secure a new regular supplier, and to assist you in finding what your student needs, we are temporarily expanding our acceptable options.
Leotards
Leotards must be solid in color with no mesh, lace, ruffles, or attached skirts.
To meet our modesty requirements, sleeves must be short sleeve or cap sleeve. No thin or strappy sleeves.
Class colors:
- Pre-Primary Ballet: solid white
- Primary Ballet: ballet pink
- Ballet Foundations: lavender/lilac
- Intermediate Ballet: black
Skirts
Skirts should match the color of the leotard. Pull-on skirts are preferred for lower division classes.
Shoes
Shoes should be ballet pink or may match your skin tone if you prefer. Canvas slippers are recommended for Intermediate Students.
Tights
Tights should be ballet pink or may match your skin tone if you prefer.
